JUVEDERM ULTRA - RESTYLANE - BELOTERO

Is the most recent dermal filler and approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for treatment of facial wrinkles and folds, such as naso-labial folds, the lines between nose and angle of mouth.
It contains hyaluronic acid, a natural substance already present in your skin .The ability of cells to produce hyaluronic acid decreases with age, resulting in wrinkles and folds.
Juvederm is not of animal or human origin and is the only filler available in smooth gel formation. All other hyaluronic acid fillers use suspended particles which can be visibly seen.
We prefer Juvederm and Restylane also because it has local anesthesia incorporated and is thus more pleasant for patients.

How does Juvederm work?
Injected in tiny amounts Juvaderm lifts and smooths out undesired wrinkles.

Are fillers safe?
Being a natural substance without animal proteins no allergy testing is needed. Local swelling and redness may occur. Localized hypersensitive reactions with tenderness are very rare. It is an advantage that Juvederm can be dissolved at any time with an enzyme.

What is the aftercare?
There is no specific need of aftercare, such as massaging. The treated areas should not be exposed to very hot or cold temperatures (sauna) for 2 days.

How long does it last?
Juvaderm has shown to last between 6 and 12 month depending on injection side. We experienced that 10-20% of the original volume will stay for years.

JUVEDERM VOLUMA XC - PERLANE - PROFHILO

Contrary to other hyaluronic acid fillers Juvederm Voluma and PERLANE has a innovative crosslinked HYALACROSS which gives it a structure that holds up in time. It is the first and only FDA filler to correct age related volume loss in the midface.

Compared to other fillers the results do last double as long. The side effects such as bruising, redness and swelling in the treatment area are same as with any other filler. Voluma cheek injection is a good choice for treating dark circles and under eye hollows.

DARK RING UNDER EYES
Is a common problem due to genetic predisposition, ageing or weight loss. RESTYLANE SKIN BOOSTER or JUVEDERM VOLITE are filler designed for this area. Containing more liquid filler and antioxidants helps to replenish the emptiness under your eyes. Other fillers should always be avoided in this area as they tend to be visible or cause edema.

BOTOX© and Filler treatments can be done in our Amaryllis German Clinic office by appointment, and you may be able to come in on the same day you call! We reserve time in our schedule each week for fillers and Botox appointments. We can also see you during your lunch break, or in the evening on certain days of the week.
